You can then probably extend it for a year. ⚡ Utilities - WiFi is included and it's quite fast - All utilities are included Appliances - Stove w/ Oven - Fridge w/ Freezer - Toaster & Microwave - Mini fridge (nobody's using it) - Washing machine + Dryer Room Furniture I'm keeping whatever furniture I bought until the end of the sublet (Aug 24). All of it is new from IKEA. - Bed & Mattress - Desk & Chair - Clothing rack - LED light The rest of the furniture is part of the house/room and is not mine. It consists of: - Desk - 2 Drawers - Bed, Mattress & Chair (Stored in the Garage) The monitor, microphone and such things aren't included. Roommates There are 3 male students and they're very chill. You might rarely see some of them . Other - Patio you can chill in & a front yard - You can possibly get a parking space Location - 7 minute walk to Conestoga College - 20 minute walk to WLU - 40 minute walk to UW I can get more pictures for you.
