| I am looking for someone who will fit in with us and keep the environment light and happy Looking for someone to rent a furnished room (queen bed, closet, hanger, study table, chair ) in a 3 bedroom house. Currently, there are three males in the house (my room is in the basement). The bathroom is shared between 3 people and the kitchen between everyone. The renter must be a non-smoker; clean and organized; respect common areas and have 2 rental references. Preferably a young professional or graduate student, but everyone is welcome! The house is semi-detached and is between 2 parks, in a very peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood. - Located between Montreal Rd and Beechwood Ave, you have many options for restaurants, gyms, pharmacies, barber shops, etc. - Bus lines 15/19/7/6/20 all stop within walking distance. Important: rent would be 4 months, and after that, month to month and we would give a minimum one-month notice in case you'd need to vacate the room and ask for the same in return.
