| SUBLET FOR MAY (some flexibility for earlier/later) We're looking for someone(s) to sublet our beloved home while we're away for work. Beautiful, spacious (~1000 sq. foot) fully furnished main floor 2-bedroom apartment with a huge open-concept living room and kitchen and a separate sunroom set up as an office and sitting area. The apartment is currently set up to be ideal for a couple who WFH (we’ve got electric sit/stand desks set up in the back bedroom and the front sunroom). The back bedroom fits a queen and we could also supply a bed for that room if you'd rather. The main bedroom is big, with a beautiful bay window (we now have proper curtains up!). Super high ceilings throughout the apartment. The kitchen is great, and it features a gas stove. We love to cook so there’s all the kitchen tools, appliances, and spices you could want (help yourselves to these while we’re away!). The front yard is totally yours and is a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning, there’s also a big courtyard with table and chairs in the back that’s shared with the basement (its rarely used by the downstairs folks, in my experience). Central air with A/C, you have your own thermostat. Coin laundry in the basement. Temporary on-street parking available through the city. Across the street from an elementary school so 1/2 the number of houses means great parking availability. Price includes everything, utilities, internet Location: Near Dufferin and Queen. 3-minute walk to the Queen or Dundas streetcars (East-West), and the Dufferin bus (North-South). Lots of bike lanes nearby. Many great shops and restaurants too. Two grocery stores within a 3-minute walk. This is a temporary sublet. We have permission from the landlord. |
