| I'm moving to my own place and so I'm looking for a female roommate to take over my room which is the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom, for May 1st 2024. Option to buy bedframe, nightstand, lamp, desk, chair. (Not pictured is the amazingly spacious mirror closet.) Move-in date is flexible for April 30th for ease of moving in. The building is new and has fantastic amenities like a fitness room, yoga room, movie theatre, lounge spaces, etc. It's located on the east end, 5 mins walk to Gerrard East/Dundas East/King East/Queen East TTC transit. 3-15 mins walk to Shoppers, FreshCo, Le Beau, NoFrills, RBC, Scotiabank. Rent is $1558 and includes heating and gas. Internet, water, electricity, tenant's insurance are separate and will be approx $90-100/month. Parking and storage are available at an additional cost. Unit is on the 19th floor. Lease terms are month-to-month. My roommate is quiet and friendly, works mostly in the office. Looking for someone who works full-time to ensure their application can get approved, and someone who can at least stay for 4-6 months. (No pets please) The items below will be needed by the Property Manager. Requirements for Lease Application: - Credit Score Check - Two References (personal/professional) - Letter of Employment - Last Two Pay Stubs - Photo ID First and Last Month's Rent and Key Deposit ($50) are also required.
