| Attention FEMALE WORKERS/STUDENTS preferably aged 18-25, I am offering a VACANT ROOM in my 2 bedroom apartment for rent on a month-to-month basis. Please read if interested; - Rent is $625 a month ALL UTILITIES & WIFI INCLUDED. No last month’s rent is required, we will work on a month-to-month basis. - The bedroom will come mostly unfurnished besides an end table and some decor, therefore a bed will be needed. - You will have use of the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom), however they are furnished with my furniture, so being respectful and mindful is a must. - I have a very friendly cat, so you must be okay with that. If you have a cat as well, your fur baby will likely be welcome :). - I am a pretty lenient person, but constant partying, loudness, and any devious behaviour will respectfully, not be tolerated.
