| We have two rooms in this shared apartment. Two females already live here, so female only please. There are three rooms available. I am looking for mature students or adults that are eco conscious and would be looking to stay 5 months to a year, preferably. About the apartment: 1.5 bathrooms Non smoking We are two females in our 30’s. Furnishings are not provided other than an optional desk is available if desired. Small room $650 Medium room $800 Master bedroom $900 Lease begins with 3 month trial period. I am looking for mature students or adults that are eco conscious and would be looking to stay 5 months to a year, preferably. All inclusive (wifi, basic amenities) Optional laundry on site for an additional monthly fee. Small non refundable damage/maintenance deposit upon move in, required. 2 fridges plus 1 deep freeze. Large balcony. 3 to 5 housemates total. Parking nearby. 2 and 5 minute walks away from bus stops and routes to station and Fleming college. Short walk to River and biking trails for nature enthusiasts. We are located in the south close to the Saturday farmers market and a short walk to the grocery store/mall. Rooms: Small room is perfect for working professionals and minimalists or students (no closet but a standing hanger rack in room. The room fits a double bed and desk and dresser. A single bed allows for more floor space. Medium sized room has tall fairly deep closet and space enough for up to a queen bed and desk and dresser and book shelf. Master bedroom: Can fit a king sized bed, love seat, and sitting area plus desk and dresser, very large room next to the extra 2 piece washroom. Any other questions please ask.
