| Hey guys i know this is very last minute but i had made a post prior basically I'm subletting/ doing a lease take over for my current place it's on Sweetland Ave and is a good 5 minute walk from campus the room will be unfurnished so rent is now $732 hydro and WIFI are not included but WIFI is about $19 and hydro is usually anywhere between $18 - $30 if anyone is interested please reply or dm me i plan to move out May 1st so if u need a place asap that would be great i may also be selling my bed frame and i have a mattress i haven't used for sale as well. as i stated in my previous post its a 3 bed and 1 bath and my roommates would prefer a female tenant |
