| Looking to rent to someone who is easy going clean respectful employed and who Loves Cats and Animals and does Not SMOKE . The room is not currently furnished but CAN BE if needed as we are waiting to see whether the right person has their own stuff or not. There is 2 mature ladies and a gentleman in the house . The gentleman is a composer a teacher and and luthier and is often is in the basement in a soundproof professional studio. One of the ladies has limited vision and one has issues where she requires a helper in the morning. We have a large deck in the back and are close to groceries convenience stores library and southkeys shopping mall. The bus is just 5 houses down and we have plenty of parking . |
