| We are looking for a medical student or medical resident to rent a room in a townhouse. The house is located located 5-min walk to the University of Ottawa medical school. Single occupancy only. Room has its own private ensuite. Rent includes all utilities. Parking spot for a small-size car available at an additional fee. Application process in place. First-come, first served. The room will be reserved to the first individual whose application form is approved, annual lease is signed, and first- and last-month rent is paid. If you are a medical students, pharmacy student, or medical resident who is looking to rent a room for the duration of your program, this is for you. The house is located across the street from the General Hospital. There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There is hospital shuttle bus between hospital campuses of General Hospital, Civic Hospital, and Riverside hospital just outside the medical school (RGN). There is also a shuttle that goes to the downtown University of Ottawa campus. |
