| Large, fully furnished room available for June until the end of August, within a four bedroom townhouse in Old Ottawa South. The rent is $600/month, all-inclusive. Female only (the other roommates are as well). The room comes with a queen sized bed, shelves, sit-stand desk, office chair, closet, minifridge and microwave. There is non-coined operated laundry in the basement. There is no parking or yard, but there is a nice grassy laneway in the back, and a little balcony. Only two other girls will be here during the summer - one is a student, and one just graduated from a MA program. A cat also lives here most of the time, so it would not be the room for you if you have an allergy. If you’re interested in the room, please let me know what you do (school, work etc.), that you are a woman, and that you understand that the room is only available until the end of August. Thanks! |
