Apartment is furnished but there is some space to bring your own too. Bedroom will not be furnished. Every bedroom has an ensuite plus there is a common area powder room. Elevators open in the apartment. Laundry in master bathroom. Wrap around deck with a nice bbq area. 7 patio doors including one in every bedroom. Close to Cheo, the General Hospital, and Riverside Hospital. Smyth OC Transpo bus station less than 5 minute walk. Hurdman station (o-train) 15 mins walk. 360° degree view of ottawa including a beautiful view of downtown with great sunrises and sunsets. Close to bike paths along the river. Train yards and billings bridge plaza less than 5 mins away for all your shopping needs. Bedroom is unfurnished. A/C unit provided. Smoking outside only. Have 1 cat that is brushed daily and litter cleaned daily. We are a female age 38 and a male age 21 who do not party but easy going. Must be clean, quiet, and mature. Last months rent deposit is required. Will need to be okay with providing proof of income while we do a credit check, criminal record check, and landlord reference check.
