| Hello, my name is Angela and my roommate and I are looking for someone to sublet in the den this summer, preferably female. Our move in date is May, or as soon as possible, until August! We live at 1360 White Oaks Blvd. In the apartments in front of Sheridan College. We are offering the den, which is being used as a bedroom. The rent is $792.5 a month currently + utilities and wifi. The den does have a door but its a little broken currently but we are trying to fix it. The den currently has a loft bed, and a closet, but not much else furnished in the room. Other details: 1.5 bathrooms Laundry room on the first floor of the building Kitchen, Dining and Living room are fully furnished Right in front of Sheridan, super close to bus stops/shops/restaurants Please message me if you are interested in subletting.
