| Male or Female Roommate for 2 Bedroom Apartment. $975. Close to York University. 500 Murray Ross Pky PLEASE READ. I have a bad allergy to scents. No pets and No smoking. Scent Free due to my allergies. No perfumes or scented candles. I don't use the living room. It is currently unfurnished (there is a tv, but that is all). You will have full access to that area as well. So if you want to bring couch and your setup tv, we can discuss that also. AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY! I don't party. I am also quiet, but sociable enough. I keep the place very clean and scent free, so a roommate would be expected to help do the same. The room available is very large with a good size double door closet and a private balcony. Internet and hydro will be shared. Parking is available for an extra charge. Apartment is on the 7th floor of a well maintained building. Room is unfurnished, but can be furnished with a dresser, queen size air mattress, two side tables and a shelf if needed! Come have a look any evenings between 6PM AND 8:30PM, and weekends. |
