| Hi there! We are currently seeking a quiet and respectful roommate to share our house - available now (or June 1st). *If you see this ad - it is still available* Fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from Sheppard-Yonge station. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance, including TTC subway, GO transit, several grocery stores, a gym, walk-in clinics, and more. - Parking is included - Interned and utilities included - We can provide basic furniture if you need it The room is located on the main floor of our bungalow-style house (no second floor). The washroom will be shared with one very clean lady. Plenty of storage room in the house, nice back yard if you want to do some BBQ. The main expectations we have for our future roommate: - Absolutely no noise after 11 pm - Keep the house clean, always wash dishes after use and clean the kitchen counter after cooking We are two engineers from Europe, a girl and a guy in our early 30s on the main floor, and a woman in her 40s who is a therapist, she lives in the basement. We do not cook heavy and don't host parties during weekdays out of respect for those who need to wake up early for work. We always try to maintain a friendly atmosphere in the house, and we hope our future roommate will match our energy! Preferably, we are looking for a single working professional or student.
