| We have a three bedroom apartment in west-end North York with one room available for sublet. The apartment itself has a beautiful view and high-speed fiber optic internet. There is a kitchen, balcony, dining room, and living room space. All utilities are included in prices. The bedroom available is the biggest in the apartment. Has ensuite bathroom and is furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser. There are two closets in the room: one for hanging clothes and one with shelves. For one person, the price is $1200. For two people, $1400. This bedroom is available now. The other two bedrooms are currently occupied. One by a tenant and one by a family member acting as the rental manager. You can let him know about any concerns, needs, or questions. We prefer to rent for a minimum of 2 months, maximum 6 months, and to receive first-and-last rent. If you have other needs, let us know. What we're looking for in tenants: -Cleanliness. This is a big apartment building, so it's important to keep clean to avoid bugs. The apartment has been recently fumigated and needs tenants who are mindful about cleaning up after themselves in common as well as private spaces. Also, we are giving our sheets, towels, and kitchen supplies for tenants to use. You'll expected to keep these clean. -Good communication. If you need something, ask. We will be honest, and we expect you to be honest as well. -Non-smoking. The apartment manager and our whole family that you're subletting from has many people with asthma. Therefore, we prefer non-smokers. -Respectful. Treat the space as if it was your own. No parties and no unannounced guests. If you break something, let us know and/or buy it back. We want someone who will leave the space in the same or better condition than they found it.
