| My sister is looking to rent a room in her apartment. It is located at Taunton and Simcoe. It is $700 per month including cable and Wi-Fi. Unfurnished room with shared kitchen and bathroom. Close to grocery stores and Public transit. My sister is in her early 60s and has a steady job. She has been in this building for over 10 years. I am looking for somebody that is responsible and will pay the rent on time. She has had poor experiences in the past with renters not paying their rent on time and that is not fair to her. She is a smoker so you would have to be OK with that. Parking is available at an additional cost. If you are interested in applying, please send me a message.
