| Room is completely furnished with a queen bed and bedding, dresser, TV, mini fridge, toaster, nespresso coffee maker, laundry basket and clothing hangers. High speed internet, Netflix and all utilities are included. This room is for 1 individual person; must be employed or student ! I am also ok with international students but proof of ability to pay rent is required. Proof of income, references (personal, employment) Laundry is available evenings and weekends. Kitchen is available for use. I am vegetarian if you are cooking meat I ask you to have you own cookware to use. Washroom is shared. I do have 2 big dogs; please only reply if you like dogs. Room is available immediately, 1st and last month rent is required ! |
