Cozy, quiet and clean townhouse complex in a beautiful neighbourhood, close to UTM (2,6 km away, 19 min by bus as per Gooogle map directions)l walking distance to shopping mall (600 meters)l including METRO grocery store, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, 2 major banks and seconds to QEW. Few steps to public transit. (Mi-way) and a couple of minutes drive to Clarkson Go Train). Clarkson Community Centre Pool and library 15 minute walk. Qualified Tenants only (background check to be completed – Credit, Landlord references, proof of income. $250 security key deposit (to be returned). The bathroom is shared with the 2nd floor tenant.
