| Looking for a female tenant from May 2024 for a private room and shared washroom. Washroom is shared with another female. The room is fully furnished with a new queen bed, wooden platform, mattress, study desk and chair. The house is semi detached property, has a master bedroom and 2 rooms with a shared washroom. The landlord stays in the master bedroom and has 2 dogs (poodles). The tenant will be sharing the washroom with another Indian woman. About her: She is a working professional who works from home on a hybrid basis. She is a vegetarian. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry (after 7pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends). We expect the new tenant to be a quiet, clean, respectful and dog friendly person. Vegetarians preferred. No visitors/ overnight stays allowed. Our home is footsteps to all amenities: Groceries, Pharmacy, Restaurant, Coffee shops, Banks. Bus stop is at 5 mins walk from the house. Major intersection: Hurontario and Eglinton. Will require 1st and last month rent. For documentation, you need to provide proof of income, credit score, references maybe requested. |
