| Furnished bedroom (with queen size bed, lamp, chair, table, can be empty if you want) for rent in a four bedrooms brand new single house in Manotick. Available from now for long or short term (at least 3-4 months) with a month to month rental agreement. Rent is $815 with included wifi. Parking is free on the driveway, inside garage is additional $50 per month. Utilities is partial included (will be about an additional $30 per month in the winter, summer around $5). Bathroom will be shared with two other roommates. No smoking and no pets allowed. House is shared with five other full-time working professionals in our late twenties. One of them don't come back home that often but still shares utilities with us. We are looking for a female roommate who's clean, responsible and respectful.
