Clean room and unit, no bugs, rodent issues, smells, or other oddities. 2 other flat mates (each with their own lockable room). 2 bathrooms in the unit, you would be sharing one bathroom with another tenant (who is currently moving out, may also be subletting for the summer). One of the other tenants has both a Small Dog and a very timid skittish Cat - neither of which have had accidents in the unit, relatively quiet and friendly animals.
