Just a five minute walk to the Waterfront. Space includes Bedroom with Single Bed, private Living Room, full private Bathroom and shared kitchen. Monthly rent is 850 inclusive and includes utilities, internet, and parking space if needed. First and last required, non smokers only thanks. Since this doesn't have a separate entrance it is not a space where you can host parties or have guests over. Looking for mature/graduate student who will be focused on their studies and appreciates a quiet, peaceful environment. Female preferred as you would be sharing the house with two women (myself and my niece). FYI there is a cat on the premises in case you have allergies, she never goes in the basement but is often in the shared kitchen.
