| Furnished sunny&joyful master bedroom in an owner-occupied 3-bedroom bungalow in Bayridge area, close to Metro plaza, is available to single students, preferably Ph. D. or grad. students, or professionally employed university grads who have a lifelong habit to maintain their space and bathroom always clean. The single owner has science degree, lives in the basement having separate bathroom, while formally sharing the main floor kitchen, living room and occasionally bathroom with roomers. What is good in our house: clean - we do weekly vacuuming entire house, incl. rented rooms (in the roomers' presence); healthy - we guarantee unpolluted indoor air, scent-free; safe - no health hazards allowed; quiet - no parties, no alcohol, no tobacco or else, AT ALL, we care about each other's comfort, personal safety and health, and the need to focus on studies; friendly - our roomers become like family members. It all comes with certain restrictions that are fair, reasonable and rational. Presumed assessed compatibility with two existing roomers is a factor to be qualified. BONUS: two existing roomers stay here 4 nights a week and the weekends they are out, to be with their families in other cities. Therefore, Fri to Sun - you will be mostly alone on the main floor. |
