Utilities included (internet, hydro, gas) for $1,000 per month all-in. I own and live in the home. There is one other tenant who is moving out at the end of the summer. The office is currently unused. Looking to rent to ONE working professional, or professionally-minded student. Reference and background checks are required. Cleanliness is appreciated. I am willing to negotiate lease agreements - yearly, or month-to-month. No deposit is required. Rent due on 1st of month. No pets allowed, as I have a cat and large dog already (Great Dane). Both are very friendly, but you will have to meet my dog first to make sure you get along and are okay with his size. |
