| If this ad is up, the Blue Room is available. If you are for real and respectful of others, please read on, as what you see in this description and the pictures is real. Because of scammers and disrespectful people, we will not reply to 'automatic responses' or texts which do not give the room name in the ad, your name, the school you'll be attending, and move in date needed. This room is available within the 4 month school terms, with possible extensions. (i.e. Jan 1 - Apr 30, May 1 - Aug 31, Sept 1 - Dec 31) Applicant must be, a Non Smoker, Quite, Honest, Respectful, Clean & Tidy, and Like Cats (cats are not allowed in the main floor suite, nor the rental bedrooms). Utilities, hi speed WIFI, weekly cleaning lady, are all included in your room fee. This nicely furnished and well equipped room, and suite, are on the main floor of our Victorian Home. (see pics). Bedding and towels are optional @ $25/month. The common areas are shared with 2 male students. We live in the upper 2nd & 3rd floor apartment, which includes the laundry room and an attic family room we use for 'House Family' meals, game/movie nights. There is also a large seasonal private deck with a BBQ and hot tub, that may be used with permission. Centrally located between Fairleigh and Burris on Main St E, it is walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, dollar stores, Tim Horton's Coffee shops, restaurants, bars, parks, hiking and bike trails. 3 bus stops within 1 block = downtown Hamilton 10 minutes, Mohawk College's main campus 30 minutes, and McMaster main campus 20-30 minutes.
