Lease agreement can be signed for 4 months or 12 months. 2 single rooms are $750/month and 2 connected rooms are $600/month, note the connected rooms are separated by a thick curtain so it would be ideal for 2 friends. All rooms come with a bed and desk, the rent includes Gigabit speed wifi, utilities, electricity, laundry etc. About a 8-9 minute walk to McMaster and 1 minute from the bus stop.
