Yes, this means you have your own Private room with your own washroom for each of you. Why is it spacious and what do you get in Amenities? 1. Private room with your separate washroom. 2. 7-10 min bus ride to Univerisity of Guelph. (Available bus routes include 99S, 5, 2, 56U) 3. GO Bus stop right in front of the Building if you want to make a trip to Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton, Brampton, or any other cities around GTA) 4. Gym inside the building so you don't need to pay extra for outside and making your daily workout more easily accessible. (So even during the snow days you don't need to worry about getting out of your apartment) 5. Multimedia room/Games room for helping you get together with your friends and chill. You can watch TV, Connect your Play station, or Play games like Foose-ball, Shuffleboard, etc..... 6. Enjoy Free Wifi in the Multimedia room 7. An outdoor Rooftop Terrace overlooking acres of protected conservation lands or if you just want to get some Vitamin D sitting on a beach chair. 8. Vending machines 24/7 if you ever feel hungry so grab a snack, saves you a trip to the convenience store. 15. The location is close to Grocery stores (No Frills, Metro, Food Basics, Zehrs, Wallmart), Restaurants, Cineplex, Stone Road mall, Conservation trails, Clinics, all in the South end of Guelph or about a 10 min bus ride. 16. Study Lounges on each floor for group collaboration and making studying more fun. 17. Extra-Large Windows offering lots of Sunlight during the day time hours. 18. About the rooms: Two rooms face the Gordon Street comes with Large Windows to see the street view and comes with compact sized closets.
