| 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom unit. This is a shared space. The expectation of everyone living here is quiet enjoyment. Disturbances at any time will not be tolerated. Dishes must be done promptly, and the kitchen and bathroom surfaces wiped after use. Roommates must clean up after themselves wherever they leave a mess. This is not a location for anyone to have parties or bring rowdy guests. You are welcome to have your partner over as you please, so long as they do not begin living here. Guests are permitted, but not parties. No returning after the bar to hang out in the living room while people are trying to sleep. Guests are to be taken to your room and noise must not disturb others. I don't know the square footage of the room, but it will fit a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, etc. The common space, kitchen and bathroom are a good size as well. Please be employed. |
