| Occupancy - Middle of August or Sept 1/24 Location - Kipling and Lakeshore; Approx 200 meters from Humber South Campus We are a family of four with two children that will have a private basement bedroom with private ensuite bathroom for rent come mid-August. This is a single room for rent and it is single occupancy. We are only looking for a student or someone working towards their PR card. We have two young children and two cats so must be able to tolerate both. It is a shared kitchen with the landlord so we expect the tenant to be respectful and clean. We have had a number of student tenants over the years and are fully comfortable with sharing our home - we expect the tenant to treat the home as if it's their own. What is included in the rent: - Internet - Heat - Water - Laundry There is street parking but that is at your own discretion.
