| I live near Danforth and Broadview. And because of financial reasons I'm deciding to rent out my room. It does have a bed and other essential furniture onus a TV and stand. I'd be occupying the living room if I can find a suitable person. I'm not picky about gender but being a man it might make it more simple if the same was to stay here. It's in a good area. The apartment is a good size. It's a lil bit of an odd situation given I'd just be in the living space but if that isn't a problem feel free to contact me. First and last would be required and it's not permanent but semi. Asking just 600 per month. Prefered working or student. Not looking to rent to someone on government assistance.
