| I am seeking a home, preferably on a bit of land, to rent long term in the Bowmanville area. I’m seeking a landlord who perhaps already owns a home with two apartments in it, or is looking to turn one of their homes into a two unit house. My husband is a professional contractor and has the skills to do this himself. We truly need this as my husband and I would live in one apartment and my 23 year old daughter and 25 year old neice would live in the other. We all work and have steady incomes. I’d like to keep my daughter and niece close so I can help in any way they need (this economy is not great for our young people). A home with two apartments is exactly what we require.
