The patio doors of the room open onto a small private deck (or as private as downtown Toronto offers). You'll also have exclusive use of a bathroom on the ground floor. Bathroom has rain-garden shower-head (the big ones). The house is owned-occupied by one person a quiet studious journalist/filmmaker who is often away.
