Ideal for us would be a small single country home (could also be in the city) with little land for gardening and quiet surroundings, anywhere 40 km radius around Alexandria Ontario (including Quebec) We are working adults 50/60's very quiet, clean, no children, non smoker, Unfortualy we have to move because the owner will be moving back in to their home. Moving date could be anytime between May 1 to max June 30th. Have landlords references, good job and good credit. We would take very good care of your home as if was are own.. including painting/reno and minor repairs... Please do not hesitate to email us if you have a home or anything interesting to offer us.
