| I have a room to rent Which would include: internet, heat, lights, the use of the fridge and stove, microwave and washer and dryer (for his clothes only) have a seperate cupboard he could put food in, a bed a dresser, silverware and dishes and whatever pots and pans i have to use he could use. Parking included if needed. He would have to clean up after themselves after making food, getting a shower or whatever. He would have to obviously buy his or her own food and toiletries stuff (soap, shampoo, toilet paper). I prefer a non smoker but if they do they have to smoke ouside. No partyers. It's just a room and a kitchen meaning there is no living room/sitting room. It's only a small one level house. It's in the pier and the bus stop is a 2 min walk from the house. $600. A month. There is only myself and one other person living in the place right now and will only be 3 in total so the kitchen and washroom wont be crowed. Quiet time is 10 pm as I work early in the morning. References required. |
