Its a very safe locality as all buildings are new and neighborhood is calm and no issues with bugs or mice. Prefer working professional or student who is also working part time. It can be month to month depending on your convenience but the room is available for May and June only. Walkable distance to Grocery Stores/Restaurant, Clayton Park Shopping complex. Pets are not allowed in the apartment, sorry! Bus stop is just outside the building, current roommates don't smoke and are working professionals. Apartment parking spots are full, but street parking opposite to the building is available. Looking for responsible female roommates.
