Big lake to enjoy kayaking, boating, fishing, etc. Numerous ATV & hiking trails in immediate area. Five min drive to Porters Lake shopping center. Nearby beaches, Martinique & East Chezzetcook, offer excellent surfing. The lower level suite encompanasses 580sq ft. offering total privacy, inclusive of an open living/dining/kitchen area with picture windows overlooking the lake; a spacious bedroom with large closet, full bathroom, and ample closet/cupboard space. The suite includes an open kitchen area with sink, counters, and a full size fridge. No option for stove/oven within the suite. Housemate to have own food-prep equipment, eg: microwave, stove top, air fryer, etc. Shared laundry room. Loads of parking space. Own separate entrance to the suite with another big garden oasis located across from this entrance with swings & chairs overlooking the lake. Housemate's contribution: $1100 month... inclusive of all utilities [ heat, electrical, water, propane, wifi.] This is a charming little lake resort - a treasure to be shared 'long-term' with the right person - a 'congenial' someone who is financially secure, who values privacy, and who would be fully respectful of the privacy requirements of the homeowner. Extensive references & employment/rental history - credit checks, etc, will be necessary. Not appropriate for children. Single person only. Ideal for a fellow retiree who is seeking a comfortable country home environment for long-term duration. Note: whereas I have free ranging chickens - pets cannot be accommodated..
