| I am looking for 2 roommates, two single or one couple (preferred) to take over from 2 of my current roommates leaving at the end of July. It is a large home located in Hammonds Plains.There is another roommate who is not home a lot of the time - rent is $650 per person plus power, it is on a well. There is a patio. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces. There are 2 rooms available - one is the master bedroom with on suite bathroom and walk in closet. The other is a smaller bedroom and has been being used as a TV room/office for the current couple living here. I am organized, friendly, and responsible. I am looking for the same in prospective roommates. Working together and communication is a must. Will accept a cat. |
