| Subletting my roommates room in our shared apartment for the summer! May - August Rent is $818 including the power and wifi bills No pets, I already have a cat, she's 6 and I adopted her in December. She's still fairly timid and likes her space so adding another cat to the mix isn't a good idea right now. No other pets are allowed in the building. Not a partyier and not looking for someone who is, I have friends over sometimes and you are of course more than welcome to do the same. About the apartment It's a shared kitchen/livingroom/bathroom and there's also a small spare bedroom in addition to each of our rooms. It's a short walk to downtown and very close to a grocery store. Few bus routes nearby. There's a laundry room on the same floor with coin op laundry. The room you'd be renting already has a bed (no bedding) and a nightstand. I don't have a photo of the room right now but I can ask my roommate for one.
