| Dalhousie undergraduate students (Engineering, Computer Science, and Medical Sciences) are seeking a fourth roommate to share a spacious two-level, four-bedroom apartment in a heritage building in the Spring Garden area of Halifax on Morris Street at Brenton St. Excellent transit access and easy walking to university campuses, shopping, library and downtown. The room for rent is unfurnished and approximately 12x16ft, plus a closet. It is on the upper floor, which has two other bedrooms, a shared washer/dryer, a shared full bathroom, and a shared covered balcony. On the main floor below there is another bedroom, a large shared living/dining area, a kitchen area, a shared closet, and a second shared full bath. There are two exterior entrances to the main floor: one from the street via an interior staircase and a side entrance via an exterior stairwell. Rent includes: private, unfurnished bedroom, single occupant two shared bathrooms shared living/dining area kitchen including all appliances/utensils shared washer/dryer all utilities: heat, electricity, water, Internet House rules: no pets no smoking or vaping no parties keep shared spaces clean A quiet, serious student is preferred.
