| Looking for roommate to share a 2-bedroom fully furnished apartment in an upper basement of a private house on a quiet street. Few minutes walk to SMU and Point Pleasant park, about 20 min walk to Dal. The apartment has large kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge), a common (gym) room, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The bathroom has shower – no bathtub. The rent includes all utilities and WiFi. There is heat pump with AC option. No parking spot. Absolutely no smoking, vaping of marihuana in any form. Your room has large closet, twin bed, desk, book shelve. The size of the room is 10x9 ft. I am finishing first year engineering at Dal and looking for a roommate who is mature study-focused student, who also like to socialize, preferably a guy. Available May 1. |
