| A large private room is available for a female student in a nice 6 bed 3.5 bath house. The house is very close to Dal campus, which makes commuting to classes a breeze! A large backyard and deck are also available to use. This room could be leased either as a summer sublet until August 15, or a year-long lease. The start date for both options is flexible, either June or July 1. Rent is $1200 a month and includes all utilities, even wifi! Non coin-operated washer and dryer are also available.
