The building has a laundry room and pay for spot parking in back. the room is furnished with bed, night table, large closet, table with TV set. I am quiet a bit of a loner. I keep the place clean and expect you to help with that. The rent is $850 plus $500 damage deposit. You will need references and proof of employment for lease or guarantor for a student. My student is moving out at the end of May. |
