| Hey everyone! I’m subletting my basement room in my beautiful, sunny home in the North end for the summer. The lease will be May-end of July but I’m flexible with the dates. Unfortunately you won’t be able to renew the lease as my landlord will be moving in at the end of the summer… The rent will be $775 + utilities. I’ve included pictures from before our move-in and now! You’ll have the whole basement floor to yourself, which has your bedroom, a bathroom and a living room area separated by two doors. In the next room, you have the washer, dryer and a big storage space. There’s also a shared living space upstairs which has the kitchen, another living room with a huge window overlooking the McKay bridge- I’ve included a picture for visuals, the bathroom and three bedrooms. You’ll also have access to a big backyard with a raspberry bush (YUM!), a front yard, a back shed & a driveway that can fit a ton of cars if you’ve got a vehicle! Your roommates will be three queer students who are all very sweet people and clean. They’re my close friends and I have nothing but good things to say about each of them! Everyone is in different programs at different universities and there’s a range of ages between 21-27. You’ll also be living with two very friendly cats (pictures can be sent over upon request ) If you have any more questions please feel free to reach out.
