| Hello, my friend and I are looking for people to move in with us this summer and for the next year. We currently have not rented anything yet as we would like to have people move in during the same time as us, or atleast confirmed to move in, in the later months) before we decide to rent anything. We are interested in a place on Robie street, move in date is June 1st, but we would be okay if someone moved in, in July or August, but no later than that. It is walking distance to the grocery stores and only 15 min bus ride to the mall, the place is close to the north end of Halifax. The rent is $600, and due to the cheap price, the place is not extravagant but it is really good for the price, it is an upper level flat. A bit about myself, I am 20 years old (female) and my friend is also 20, we both attend university and are super interested in criminology. We do not party or smoke and are really respectful of other people’s space. Most places do not allow smoking, so if you do smoke it would need to be outside please :) we would love to have roommates of roughly the same age, and we would prefer girls but do not mind guys as well. We are looking for people who are around our age, the rental place is close to universities, so it would be perfect for people who attend university in Halifax.
