| Just received a email my rent will be increasing to 5% this year saying this .. $1400 plus utilities for a 650 sqft apartment isn’t ideal.. I would much rather find a house to rent. Does NOT have to be in bridgewater can be out of town limits. I’ve been renting from my building for 3 years and have great references. MUST BE PET FRIENDLY. I am a VERY clean person and ALWAYS have my bills/rent paid on time (none of that is an issue) Please someone must know someone renting out there. I have two weeks to find another place as my lease runs out end of March and they would like an answer by the 23rd this month if I’m staying. Willing to go up to $1800 without utilities max if it’s a home not looking to live in another apartment building. Thank you! |
