| I live in a lovely four-bedroom, two-bath character home above Canning and am looking to rent one upstairs bedroom, sitting room, (both fully furnished) plus one bathroom. You would share the kitchen and laundry facilities with me and would have use of most of the rest of the house. I have one small non-allergenic dog so other pets would not be allowed. The house is situated on 1.2 acres. Although this property is on a school bus route, there is no public transit so having a car is a must. Outdoors features a good sized front deck where you can sit and enjoy the many flowerbeds and the spectacular view. Or, you may prefer to unwind in the backyard where you can sit on the large pergola covered deck beside the barn while you listen to the birds and the sound of water gently falling into the small pond. Shared amenities include: - Spacious kitchen - Laundry facilities - Sunroom - Living room/dining room - Front deck - Back yard deck Rent includes: - Free parking - Utilities - WiFi and internet Tenant Qualities: I am looking for a mature or senior adult who is quiet, respectful, values cleanliness and would treat this house as their home. Because the bedroom and sitting room are upstairs, this person should be agile enough to negotiate the stairs. You would be welcome to entertain your visitors; however, no overnight guests or parties are allowed. Smoking and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited.
