| Hi! I am renting out my 2nd bedroom. We are located downtown in a lovely and quiet duplex building! Currently, it's just me and two lovely cats. I am 36, female, moderately clean, and very quiet. Our building does not tolerate smoking tobacco or weed or vaping. The apartment is partly furnished and I can provide a queen size bed for your bedroom. No parking included. Rent is $900 (utilities included) However, be mindful as I actually pay the utilities. We have a large tub, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and attic for storage. Serious inquiries only.
