| I have a 1 bedroom basement apartment that is big enough I can sleep in the living room area and someone can take the bedroom. Total rent is 1100 heat and lights not included. Wifi not included, I pay for both, so that would be in the 650. Pet friendly as I have a dog and a cat. Nice yard and deck. Room is a 10 by 10, available may 1st. Washer and dryer on site.
