Unfortunately, we won't be able to reply with a inquiry to see if it is available. If it is here, it is available. English speaking as we do not speak ️French and do not understand French My husband can speak and understand German, so that would be alright. I would still be in the dark though. Communication is very important in this type of rental situation. I will need references. The basement Suite is available for May 1st, one-bedroom occupancy. We may be picky, but we want what we want. Nothing else will do. You have a choice of bedroom out of 2. Animal lovers only without allergies, to dogs cats Rent includes Hydro and WiFi the Key Deposit is $300. First and last month's rent before you move in. Rent is month to month until we figure out if things are working out. Then we can consider a lease. Single occupancy only one bedroom is available. Persons with Drug or Alcohol issues need not apply. We are seniors and need a "handyman" Jack- of -all -trades to assist us with things we cannot do ourselves as my husband is disabled and uses a walker I broke my hip not long ago so need help occasionally with yard work -mowing with a ride on lawn mower. If you are good with working on cars, and carpentry that would be a plus for you. If you are not wanting to do work for lower rent, then the rental goes up and the wifi and hydro will not be included in the monthly rental. A pet can be considered depending on what it is. If you are wanting the whole apartment the price goes up as well. 3 bedrooms.
