| A separate room is available on June-1st in a house of 3 bedroom located near Corydon and Lilac. The bus stop is just 2-3 mins from the house, single bus rid to either UofW or UofM student. Two other rooms are already taken and we are looking for the 3rd person. We both are male working from home. We are full-time employee and are very respectful. The room rent includes: - separate room, semi-furnished (only bed and mattress will be availble) - laundry on-site - water - hydro - High-Speed internet - sheltered parking spot (if needed) - shared kitchen - shared washroom (There is only one washroom) Looking for - someone who is easy going, responsible and keeps things cleans - working or a university student with stable income/employment - No pets - No smoking Room rent is 560$ (monthly) for one person with 280$ damage deposit (one time only) One-month notice is required should you choose to move out.
